Bronkhorst?? W-303B CEM 適用于準(zhǔn)確的蒸汽流輸送，工作壓力在真空到100 bar之間，可混合最大流量 1200 g/h H2O (3200 g/h IPA) 和最大流量 100 ln/min載氣。溫控混合裝置與（熱式或科氏）液體流量計和載氣MFC組合使用，共同構(gòu)成控制蒸發(fā)和混合（CEM）系統(tǒng)。
